In 23 national parks and 120 landscape parks, professional nature protection services are employed.<\/span> <img loading=\"lazy\" class=\"size-full wp-image-10 alignright\" src=\"https:\/\/ptsop.org.pl\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/06\/Logo.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"100\" height=\"94\"> Currently, as defined in the Nature Conservation Act, <span style=\"color: #54b435\">the National and Landscape Parks Services consist of approximately 1,200 people.<\/span> These are exceptional individuals, dedicated to fulfilling their duty of preserving the treasures of Polish nature and making them accessible to the public.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-cdcc4bf elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"cdcc4bf\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>Is nature conservation in these areas effective? Do nature protection services demonstrate sufficient professionalism? Do they enjoy proper social prestige? Is their work sufficiently appreciated by Polish society? Are they fairly compensated?<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-3a075b5 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"3a075b5\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>The effectiveness of actions is determined by people. However, they need proper legal regulations, sufficient financial and material resources, and widespread social acceptance. Having all of this depends on people, on their professional actions and commitment.<\/p><p style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong><span style=\"color: #54b435;\">On December 18, 2004, in Krzywe near Wigry, a group of people from national and landscape parks in northeastern Poland gathered and decided to act together. They formed the Polish Society of Nature Protection Services (PTSOP), agreed on its goals, and adopted its statute. On February 4, 2005, the Commercial Court in Bia\u0142ystok registered the Society in the National Court Register, and on February 20, the first General Assembly of Members was held in Bia\u0142owie\u017ca, where the Society's authorities were elected.<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Najcenniejsze obszary przyrodnicze w Polsce tj. parki narodowe, parki krajobrazowe i cz\u0119\u015bciowo znajduj\u0105ce si\u0119 na ich obszarze rezerwaty przyrody zajmuj\u0105 blisko 10% terytorium kraju (ok. 2 mln ha).
